Unused items in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Products should be clean, complete, and returned with original packaging when possible. To start a return, email info@asfaleiagear.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason for the request.

For approved standard returns, customers are generally responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a verified product issue. Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
